Good food. Affordable prices. Friendly attentive staff. Can't ask for too much more. I ate in today and they get pretty brisk Uber takeout orders so that's a good sign. The indoor eat in atmosphere is OK nothing fancy but they try with the soft jazz and air conditioning.
My go to sushi place when I visit this area. We order the small 32pc sushi platter most times because of the price and of course, it's so good. Their chicken karaage is awesome. I can eat that all day. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Hidden Gem alert In the bustling food scene of Toronto, it's easy to overlook hidden gems like JP Sushi. Tucked away, this unassuming restaurant offers a culinary experience that goes beyond the ordinary. Their menu extends far beyond the classic maki roll, showcasing a diverse range of dishes. The sushi pizza, a decadent delight, was a particular standout, impressing everyone at the table. The sushi rolls were all exceptional, each bite a testament to the freshness and care put into their preparation. The teriyaki bulgogi was another highlight, a flavorful and satisfying dish. The best part? The incredibly reasonable prices for the generous portions. It's no wonder we can't wait to return to JP Sushi and explore more of their delicious offerings
If your looking for really good food, really good service and a REASONABLE price, come here, we dined in for my daughters birthday - she loves Sushi, and it was perfect! Great friendly staff.
Really good down to earth sushi joint. Pleasantly surprised with their tuna as it wasn’t completely devoid of colour like a Corolla from 1992. I got the chirashi bowl. Excellent. Will be coming back. They have a small discount for cash and if you spent over 20 you get two small veggie spring rolls
JP Sushi is one of my absolute favorite spots! The food is simply delicious — fresh, healthy, and never greasy. Everything is made with care and packed with flavour. I especially love their miso soup and California rolls — always a perfect start to the meal. Their salmon bento box is a go-to for me — generous portions and beautifully prepared. Plus, they offer great deals when you pay with cash, which is always a nice bonus! The quality and value are hard to beat. I’m already looking forward to dinner this Friday night at JP Sushi — it’s always a treat!
Amazing quality sushi and rolls. Do not sleep on their dragon rolls, the no.4 combo (4 salmon sushi, 4 tuna sushi and a salmon avo roll), the nigiri appetizer and the California roll. It’s made with tobiko (salmon roe) as it should be- other restaurants take note. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the crunch California for the batter amount and spicy mayo dressing.
Very cozy little sushi restaurant. Service was polite and attentive. Food was good. Ordered the sashimi dinner, soft shell crab and veggie bento box. Fish was fresh and portions were generous. Great presentation as you can see from the pics. Miso soup was very tasty. The salad was good, nice dressing with a bite and tang. The crab was delish and crunchy. Prices were very fair. Highly recommend this little sushi restaurant that you could easily drive by and not notice.
